Ayat 66
Phir Hum ne is (waqia) ko us waqt ke aur uske baad ke logon ke liye ibrat aur parhezgaron ke liye naseehat bana diya.
And We made it a deterrent punishment for those who were present and those who succeeded [them] and an admonition for those who fear Allah.
Ayat 67
Aur jab Musa ne apni qaum se kaha: "Allah tumhein hukm deta hai ke ek gaye zabaah karo," unhon ne kaha: "Kya aap hamara mazaq urate hain?" Musa ne kaha: "Main Allah ki panah mangta hoon ke jahilon mein shamil ho jaun."
And [recall] when Moses said to his people, "Indeed, Allah commands you to slaughter a cow." They said, "Do you take us in ridicule?" He said, "I seek refuge in Allah from being among the ignorant."
Ayat 68
Ab wahi karo jo tumhein hukm diya gaya hai."
They said, "Call upon your Lord of us to make clear to us what it is." [Moses] said, "[ Allah ] says, 'It is a cow which is neither old nor virgin, but median between that,' so do what you are commanded."
Ayat 69
Unhon ne kaha: "Hamare liye apne Rab se dua kijiye ke wo bataye uska rang kya ho?" Musa ne kaha: "Allah farmata hai ke wo sunhere (zard) rang ki ho, dekhne walon ko bhali lagti ho."
They said, "Call upon your Lord for us to make clear to us what is its color." He said, "He says, 'It is a yellow cow, bright in color - pleasing to the observers.'"
Ayat 70
Unhon ne phir kaha: "Apne Rab se dua kijiye ke wo mazeed wazeh kare ke wo kaisi ho, hum shak mein par gaye hain, InshaAllah hum hidayat paa lenge."
They said, "Call upon your Lord for us to make clear to us what it is. Indeed, [all] cows look alike to us. And indeed we, if Allah wills, will be guided."
Ayat 71
Musa ne kaha: "Allah farmata hai ke wo aisi gaye ho jo mehnat karne wali na ho, na hal chalati ho na khet ko pani deti ho, tandurust ho aur be-daagh ho." Unhon ne kaha: "Ab aap ne haq baat kahi." Phir unhon ne usey zabaah kiya halanke wo aisa karne wale lagte nahi thay.
He said, "He says, 'It is a cow neither trained to plow the earth nor to irrigate the field, one free from fault with no spot upon it.' " They said, "Now you have come with the truth." So they slaughtered it, but they were near to not doing it.
Ayat 72
Aur jab tum ne ek shaks ko qatal kiya aur ek doosre par ilzaam lagane lage, Allah ne wo baat zahir karni thi jo tum chupa rahe thay.
And [recall] when you slew a man and disputed over it, but Allah was to bring out that which you were concealing.
Ayat 73
Toh Hum ne kaha: "Is (gaye) ka ek tukra us maktul (mary hue shaks) ko maro." Is tarah Allah murdon ko zinda karta hai aur tumhein apni nishaniyan dikhata hai taake tum samjho.
So, We said, "Strike the slain man with part of it." Thus does Allah bring the dead to life, and He shows you His signs that you might reason.
Ayat 74
Phir iske baad tumhare dil sakht ho gaye, jaise pathar hon ya unse bhi zyada sakht. Aur patharon mein se kuch aise bhi hote hain jin se nahrein phoot parti hain, aur kuch aise bhi hote hain jo phat jate hain aur unse pani nikalta hai, aur kuch aise bhi hote hain jo Allah ke darr se gir parte hain. Aur Allah tumhare kaamon se ghafil nahi hai.
Then your hearts became hardened after that, being like stones or even harder in hardness. And indeed, there are stones from which rivers burst forth, and there are some of them that split open and water comes out from them, and there are some of them that fall down for fear of Allah. And Allah is not unaware of what you do.
Ayat 75
(Musalmanon!) Kya tum umeed rakhte ho ke ye tumhari baat maan lenge? Halanke un mein se kuch log Allah ka kalam sunte thay phir usey samajhne ke baad jaan boojh kar badal dete thay, halanke wo jaante thay.
Do you covet [your believers] that they would believe for you while a party of them used to hear the words of Allah and then distort the Torah after they had understood it while they were knowing?
Surah Al-Baqarah (66-75) ki Mukammal Tafseer aur Sabaq
1. Allah ke hukm par foran amal karna (Ayat 67-71):
In ayaat mein bataya gaya hai ke jab Bani Israel ko Allah ne ek gaye (cow) zabaah karne ka hukm diya, to unhon ne amal karne ke bajaye fazool sawalat shuru kar diye.
Sabaq: Hamein sabaq milta hai ke jab Allah ka hukm aaye to baghair bahane ke maan lena chahiye. Beshak, hikmat sirf Allah ki zaat ke liye hai aur wo wo kuch jaanta hai jo hum nahi jaante.
Allah ne farmaya ke zabaah ki hui gaye ka ek tukra us mare hue shaks (maktul) ke jism par maaro. Aisa karte hi wo zinda ho gaya aur qatil ka naam bata diya.
Sabaq: Beshak Allah har cheez par Qadir hai. Mumkin aur na-mumkin ka tasawwur sirf hamare dimaag mein hai, Allah ke liye kuch bhi mushkil nahi. Hamein apni mushkilat ke liye Allah se maujizaat ki umeed rakhni chahiye kyunke Allah se mangne wala kabhi khali nahi jata. Wo zaat jo murdon ko zinda kar sakti hai, kya wo hamari mushkilat hal nahi kar sakti? Wo hum se 70 maaon se zyada pyar karta hai.
3. Dilon ka pathar ho jana (Ayat 74):
Itni nishaniyan dekhne ke bawajood Bani Israel ke dil narm nahi hue. Allah farmata hai ke unke dil pathar ki tarah sakht ho gaye, balki pathar se bhi zyada sakht.
Sabaq: Aaj ke waqt mein hamare dil bhi sakht ho gaye hain. Roz maut aur aafatein dekhne ke bawajood hum gunah nahi chorte. Hamein dilon ko narm rakhna chahiye aur darguzar karna seekhna chahiye. Agar kisi ne galat kiya aur maafi maange to ek mint se pehle maaf kar dein. Allah narm dil walon ko pasand farmata hai aur Quran ke mutabiq jannat mein pehle wahi jayenge jin ke dil narm honge.
4. Allah ke kalam mein tabdeeli (Ayat 75):
Is ayat mein un logon ka zikr hai jo Allah ki kitab (Torah) ko samajhne ke baad apni marzi se badal dete thay taake logon ko gumrah kar sakein.
Sabaq: Pehli kitabein (Torah, Zaboor, Injeel) bhi Allah ka kalam thi magar logon ne un mein tabdeeli kar di, is liye hum unhein nahi parh sakte. Magar Quran wo mukammal kitab hai jis ki hifazat ka zima Allah ne khud liya hai. Qayamat tak is mein koi tabdeeli nahi ho sakti. Quran har bimar dil aur rooh ka ilaj hai aur har masle ka hal is mein maujood hai.
English Translation (Tafseer & Lessons)
1. Immediate Obedience to Allah's Command (Verses 67-71):
These verses explain that when Allah commanded the Children of Israel to sacrifice a cow, they started asking unnecessary questions instead of obeying immediately. Their constant inquiries about its color and appearance made the task more difficult for them.
Lesson: We learn that when Allah’s command arrives, we should accept it without excuses. Truly, wisdom belongs only to Allah, and He knows what we do not. Rasoolullah ﷺ also forbade excessive questioning because it leads to whispers of doubt (waswasa). While asking to understand the Deen or clear the heart's confusion is allowed, questioning to delay or avoid a command is not. Allah opens the doors of Islam for those who sincerely turn to Him.
2. A Sign of Bringing the Dead to Life (Verses 72-73):
A murder occurred among the Children of Israel, and the killer was unknown. Allah commanded them to strike the deceased person with a piece of the sacrificed cow. Upon doing so, the dead man came back to life by Allah's command and identified his killer.
Lesson: Without a doubt, Allah is All-Powerful over everything. The concepts of "possible" and "impossible" only exist in our minds; for Allah, nothing is difficult. We should keep our hopes in Allah for miracles in our troubles, as those who ask Him never return empty-handed. If He can bring the dead to life, can He not solve our problems? He loves us more than seventy mothers.
3. The Hardening of Hearts (Verse 74):
Despite witnessing such great signs, the hearts of the Children of Israel did not soften. Allah states that their hearts became like stones, or even harder than stones.
Lesson: In today's time, our hearts have also become hardened. Even after witnessing deaths and calamities regularly, we do not leave our sins. We must keep our hearts soft and learn to practice forgiveness (darguzar). If someone does wrong to you but asks for forgiveness, forgive them within a minute. Allah loves the kind-hearted, and according to the Quran, those with soft hearts will be among the first to enter Paradise.
4. Alteration of Allah’s Word (Verse 75):
This verse mentions people who heard and understood Allah's book (the Torah) but then intentionally changed its words or meanings to mislead others for their own benefit.
Lesson: The previous three divine books (Torah, Psalms, and Gospel) were also the words of Allah, but some people altered them to fit their own desires. This is why we cannot rely on those versions today. However, Allah Himself has taken responsibility for the Quran. No change has occurred in it, nor will any change ever happen until the Day of Judgment. The Quran is a complete book, a solution for every problem, and a cure for diseased hearts and souls.

The Quran is not just for recitation; it is a complete "Life Manual" that holds the solution to every modern-day struggle.
DILL KI BAAT ❣️
"Dosto, aaj ki in ayaat ko parhte hue mera dil is baat par atak gaya ke hum insaan kitne ajeeb hain. Hum Allah se maujizaat (miracles) to chahte hain, magar Allah ka hukm maante waqt hamare paas hazar bahane hote hain. Hum chahte hain ke hamari mushkilat minto mein hal ho jayein, magar hum dusron ko maaf karne mein saalon laga dete hain.
Yaad rakhein, jis Allah ne maktul ko zinda kar ke dikhaya, wo aaj bhi hamari murda umeedon ko zinda kar sakta hai. Beshak log kehte hain ke ab maujize nahi hote, magar main aaj aapke sath apni ek choti si kahani share karti hoon. Main (aapki admin) apne parents ke han 8 saal ke baad paida hui. Doctors ne meri Ami se keh diya tha ke wo kabhi Maa nahi ban saktin, magar meri Ami ka bharosa sirf Allah par tha. Allah ne unhein nawaza aur unhein pata bhi na chala ke kab ye maujiza ho gaya. Main unki iklauti beti hoon, magar unhon ne kabhi is baat par na-shukri nahi ki ke beta nahi hai, balki wo hamesha Allah ka shukar ada karti hain ke Allah ne itne saalon baad unhein aulaad ki nemat di.
To dosto, maujize aaj bhi hote hain, maine khud ise mehsoos kiya hai. Agar aap mazeed aisi sachi kahaniyan sunna chahte hain to comments mein zaroor batayein, main In Sha Allah aane wali posts mein share karungi. Pathar jitna bhi qeemti ho, us mein kabhi phool nahi khilte; phool hamesha narm mitti mein khilte hain. Apne dil ko narm rakhein, Allah se umeed rakhein, aur Quran se dosti kar lein—kyunke is ke siwa sukoon ka aur koi rasta nahi."
A Message from the Heart❣️ (English)
"Friends, reflecting on these verses made me realize how strange we humans can be. We long for miracles, yet when it comes to obeying Allah, we have a thousand excuses. We want our problems solved in minutes, but we take years to forgive others.
Remember, the Allah who brought the dead man back to life can still revive our dead hopes today. People say miracles don't happen anymore, but let me share my small story with you. I, your admin, was born 8 years after my parents' marriage. Doctors told my mother she could never conceive, but she placed her trust in Allah. Allah blessed her with a miracle when she least expected it. I am an only daughter, but my mother never complained about not having a son; instead, she is forever grateful that Allah blessed her with a child after so long.
So friends, miracles still happen—I have experienced it. If you’d like to hear more such real stories, let me know in the comments, and I will share them in future posts. The only condition is not to let our hearts turn into stone. No matter how precious a stone is, flowers never grow in it; they only bloom in soft soil. Keep your heart soft, keep your hopes high in Allah, and make the Quran your friend—for there is no other path to true peace."
"Bani Israel ki zidd aur hamare sakht hote dil... Habib Bhai ne is waqia ki rooh ko jis tarah bayan kiya hai, wo hum sab ke liye ek aankhen khol dene wala sabaq hai. Kya waqai hamare dil pathar se bhi zyada sakht ho chuke hain? Chaliye, is video mein dekhte hain."
English:
"The stubbornness of Bani Israel and our hardening hearts... The way Habib Bhai has explained the essence of this incident is an eye-opener for all of us. Have our hearts truly become harder than stones? Let’s find out in this video."
Closing Message
"Dosto, aaj ka ye sabaq hamein sirf purane waqiat sunane ke liye nahi tha, balki ye hamein apne dilon ka jaiza lene ki dawat deta hai. Allah kare ke hamare dil kabhi naseehat ke liye pathar na banein aur hum hamesha uske har hukm ke samne apna sar jhukane wale hon.
Maine jo upar apni kahani share ki hai, us ka maqsad bhi yahi tha ke agar koi bhi shaks kisi aisi hi mushkil situation mein hai, to wo hargiz umeed na hare. Bas dil se bohot sari duayein karein, Allah maujize zaroor karega, bas Allah par pukhta yakeen rakhein.
Dua:
Ya Allah! Hamare dilon ko apne Deen par sabit-qadam rakh. Hamari mushkilat ko apne maujizaat se hal farma aur hamein un logon mein shamil kar jin ke dil narm hain aur jo dusron ko maaf karne wale hain. Hamari is choti si koshish (Sirat-ul-Iman) ko qubool farma aur ise hamare liye sadqa-e-jariya bana. (Ameen)
Agla sabaq parhne ke liye hamare blog se jure rahiye aur apni duaon mein mujhe (apni admin ko) yaad rakhein."
Closing Message (English)
"Friends, today’s lesson was not just about recounting ancient stories; it was an invitation to introspect our own hearts. May Allah grant us hearts that never turn to stone when it comes to His reminders, and may we always be among those who submit to His will.
The reason I shared my personal story above was to reach out to anyone who might be in a similar difficult situation. Please, do not lose hope. Pray sincerely and abundantly from your heart; Allah will surely grant miracles, provided you maintain firm faith in Him.
Prayer:
O Allah! Keep our hearts steadfast upon Your Deen. Solve our problems through Your miracles and include us among those who possess soft hearts and are forgiving toward others. Accept this small effort (Sirat-ul-Iman) and make it a source of continuous charity (Sadqa-e-Jariya) for us. (Ameen)
Stay tuned to our blog for the next lesson and remember me (your admin) in your prayers."
