Introduction

Assalam-o-Alaikum!
Is ke sath sath, humein Islam mein mukammal tor par dakhil hone ka hukam diya gaya hai taake hum Shaitan ke raste se bach sakein. In ayaton mein dunya ki rangini aur qayamat ke din momineen ki kamyabi ka zikr bhi boht khubsurat andaaz mein kiya gaya hai.

English

Assalam-o-Alaikum! In today’s post, we will explore the translation of Surah Al-Baqarah, Verses 204 to 212. The theme of these verses is deeply significant, as Allah (SWT) describes how some people may win hearts with their words but remain argumentative and insincere deep inside. In contrast, there are those who dedicate their entire lives solely to seek the pleasure of Allah.

Furthermore, these verses command us to enter into Islam completely to protect ourselves from the footsteps of Shaitan. They also beautifully highlight the temporary allure of this world and the ultimate success of the believers on the Day of Judgment.

Surah Al-Baqarah verses 204 to 209 about faith and protection from Satan.

Ayat 204

Aur baaz aadmi wo hai ke dunya ki zindagi mein us ki baat tujhe bheli lage aur apne dil ki baat par Allah ko gawah laye aur wo sab se bada jhagralu hai.

And of mankind there is he whose speech may please you (O Muhammad) in this worldly life, and he calls Allah to witness as to that which is in his heart, yet he is the most quarrelsome of opponents.

Ayat 205

Aur jab peeth phere to zameen mein fasad dalta phire aur kheti aur jaanain tabah kare aur Allah fasad se raazi nahi.

And when he turns away (from you), his effort in the land is to make mischief therein and to destroy the crops and the cattle, and Allah likes not mischief.

Ayat 206

Aur jab us se kaha jaye ke Allah se dar to usay aur zid chadhe gunah ki, aise ko dozakh kafi hai aur wo zaroor bahut bura bichona hai.

And when it is said to him, "Fear Allah", pride carries him off to sin. So Hell is sufficient for him, and surely, it is a wretched resting place.

Ayat 207

Aur koi aadmi apni jaan bechta hai Allah ki marzi chahne mein aur Allah bandon par meharban hai.

And of mankind is he who would sell himself, seeking the pleasure of Allah; and Allah is full of Kindness to (His) slaves.

Ayat 208

Ae iman walo! Islam mein poore dakhil ho aur Shaitan ke qadmo par na chalo, beshak wo tumhara khula dushman hai.

O you who have believed, enter into Islam completely [and perfectly] and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.

Ayat 209

Aur agar is ke baad bhi bachlo ke tumhare paas roshan hukam aa chuke to jaan lo ke Allah zabardast hikmat wala hai.

And if you slip after clear proofs have come to you, then know that Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Quran Verse 210 Surah Al-Baqarah Arabic calligraphy.

Ayat 210

Kahe ke intezar mein hain magar yehi ke Allah ka azab aaye chhaye hue badlon mein aur farishte utrein aur kaam ho chuke aur sab kaamo ki ruju Allah hi ki taraf hai.

Do they then wait for anything other than that Allah should come to them in the shadows of the clouds and the angels? (Then) the case would be judged, and to Allah all matters are returned.

Arabic verses 211 and 212 of Surah Al-Baqarah about worldly life and rewards.

Ayat 211

Bani Israeel se poocho hum ne kitni roshan nishaniyan unhein dein aur jo Allah ki aayi hui neemat ko badal de to beshak Allah ka azab sakht hai.

Ask the Children of Israel how many a clear sign We have given them. And whoever exchanges the favor of Allah [for disbelief] after it has come to him - then indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.

Ayat 212

Beautified is the life of this world for those who disbelieve, and they mock at those who believe. But those who fear Allah shall be above them on the Day of Resurrection. And Allah gives provision to whom He wills without account.

Tafseer-o-Tashreeh: Surah Al-Baqarah (Ayat 204-212)

In ayaton mein Allah Tallah ne insani fitrat ke do mukhtalif namoone paish kiye hain: Ek munafiq ki burai aur doosra sacha momin ki azmat. Aaiye inhein tafseel se samajhte hain:

1. Munafiqat ki Pehchan aur Anjaam (Ayat 204-206)

Allah Tallah ne yahan ek aise shakhs ka zikr kiya hai jis ki baatein boht meethi aur dil-kash hoti hain.

Shaan-e-Nuzool:

Ye ayat Akhnas bin Shareeq jaise munafiq ke bare mein nazil hui, jo Nabi Kareem (S.A.W) ki khidmat mein aa kar bari lachadar baatein karta aur apni mohabbat ki qasmein khata, magar peeth peechay musalmanon ki khetiyon aur maveshiyon ko nuqsan pohanchata tha.
Humein Kya Sabaq Milta Hai? * Sirf meethi baaton par dhoka na khayein. Munafiq ki nishani ye hai ke woh sakht jhagralu hota hai aur fasad phelata hai.
Jab usay koi naik mashwara ya naseehat di jaye, toh woh apni Ana (Ego) ka masla bana leta hai aur mazeed gunah par add jata hai. Aaj kal hamare muashre mein bhi aise log milte hain jo naseehat sun kar ghalati manne ki bajaye ulta larnay lagte hain.

2. Sachay Momin ki Azeem Tijarat (Ayat 207)

Munafiq ke ulat, sacha momin woh hai jo apni jaan tak Allah ki raza ke liye bech deta hai.

Shaan-e-Nuzool:

Ye ayat Hazrat Suhaib Rumi (R.A) ke bare mein hai. Tumhari ye tijarat boht nafa-bakhsh rahi."

3. Islam mein Mukammal Dakhil Hona (Ayat 208-209)

Allah ka hukam hai:

"Islam mein poore ke poore dakhil ho jao."
Matlab Kya Hai? Deen ko apni marzi se "pick and choose" na karo. Aisa nahi ho sakta ke hum namaz toh parhein magar hamari tijarat ya hamara rehna-sehna Islam ke khilaf ho.

Imani Kamzori:

Shaitan humein dhoka deta hai ke "falaan kaam karne mein koi haraj nahi," magar yaad rakhein ke deen ke muamle mein ghair-musalmanon ki nishaniyan apnana imani kamzori hai. Roshan dalail aane ke baad bhi phisal jana sakht gunah hai.

4. Dunya ki Chamak aur Akhirat ka Darja (Ayat 210-212)

Kafiron ke liye dunya ki zindagi ko boht saja diya gaya hai, is liye woh gareeb musalmanon ka mazaq urate hain.

Haqeeqat-e-Dunya:

Hazrat Bilal (R.A) aur Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir (R.A) jaise sahaba gareeb zaroor thay, magar Allah ki nazar mein azeem thay.
Allah jise chahta hai be-hisaab rizq deta hai, magar asli izzat Akhirat ki izzat hai.

Tafsir & Commentary: Surah Al-Baqarah (Verses 204-212)

In these verses, Allah (SWT) presents two contrasting models of human nature: the deception of a hypocrite and the greatness of a true believer. Let us understand them in detail:

1. Characteristics and Fate of the Hypocrite (Verses 204-206)

Allah (SWT) mentions a specific type of person whose speech is incredibly charming and captivating.

Context of Revelation (Shaan-e-Nuzool):

These verses were revealed regarding a hypocrite named Akhnas bin Shareeq. He would come to the Prophet (PBUH), speak sweet words with great humility, and swear by Allah about his love for Islam. However, in secret, he was a mischief-maker who destroyed the crops and cattle of Muslims.

The Lesson for Us:

* Do not be deceived by eloquent speech alone. A sign of a hypocrite is that they are extremely argumentative and spread corruption behind people’s backs.
When given sincere advice or told to fear Allah, their Ego (Arrogance) takes over, leading them to commit more sins. We see this in society today when people, instead of accepting their mistakes, become hostile when corrected.

2. The Great Trade of a True Believer (Verse 207)

In sharp contrast to the hypocrite, the true believer is one who "sells" his life to seek the pleasure of Allah.

Context of Revelation (Shaan-e-Nuzool):

This verse refers to Hazrat Suhaib Rumi (R.A). When he was migrating from Makkah to Madinah, the disbelievers blocked his path. He gave up all his accumulated wealth and possessions to them just to save his faith and complete his migration. Upon reaching Madinah, the Prophet (PBUH) remarked: "O Suhaib! Your trade has been most profitable."

3. Entering Islam Completely (Verses 208-209)

Allah commands the believers:

"Enter into Islam whole-heartedly/completely."
What Does This Mean? Do not "pick and choose" in religion based on personal convenience. It is not possible to offer prayers while our business dealings or social lifestyle remain contrary to Islamic teachings.

Weakness of Faith:

Satan deceives us by making certain forbidden things seem "harmless." Following the ways of non-believers in religious or social matters is a sign of weak faith. To slip away after clear guidance has arrived is a grave sin.

4. The Illusion of Worldly Life vs. The Afterlife (Verses 210-212)

For those who disbelieve, the life of this world has been made to seem very alluring and beautiful; hence, they mock poor Muslims.
The Reality of the World: The glitter of this world is for those who are heedless of the Hereafter. Companions like Hazrat Bilal (R.A) and Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir (R.A) were poor in worldly terms but were giants in the sight of Allah.

The Final Judgment:

On the Day of Resurrection, those who had Taqwa (God-consciousness) will be ranked far above the wealthy disbelievers. Allah provides for whom He wills without account, but true honor lies in the success of the Hereafter.

📌 Key Takeaways (Zaroori Baatein)

1. Zuban vs Dil

Zuban ki mithaas insaan ko sacha nahi banati; asal imaan wo hai jo amal se zahir ho. In ayaton mein Allah ne waziyah farmaya hai ke asal neki wo hai jo dil se aur sachi niyat se ho. Is bare mein Hadees-e-Mubaraka ﷺ bhi hai ke: "Amal ka daromadar niyat par hai." Allah aur Uske Mehboob ﷺ is cheez ko pasand nahi farmate ke hum duniya ke samne toh boht achay hon magar andar imaan hi na ho. Aaj kal log milte toh boht achay se hain magar dil mein usi shakhs ke liye bughz, kina aur hasad rakhte hain, yahan tak ke namaz mein bhi bura sochte hain. Hamara deen is ka hukam nahi deta.

Agar kisi mein koi buri baat mehsos ho toh usay samjhayen, agar wo na samjhe toh ignore karke agay barhein, zindagi isi ka naam hai. Islam sirf zahiri tor par nazar na aaye balkeh batni tor par bhi nazar aaye. Misal ke tor par, jab koi ghair-muslim kisi Muslim aurat ko parda kiye dekhta hai toh wo pehchan jata hai ke ye Musalman hai, kyunke parda hamari pehchan hai. Magar jab wahi ghair-muslim hamare kareeb aaye aur hum us se jhoot bolein ya dhoka dein, toh wo sochega ke ye kaisa Musalman hai? Zahir itna acha aur batin aisa? Is liye apne dil ko zyada khubsurat banayein.

2. Ana aur Zid

Naseehat sun kar gussa karna ya apni ghalti par add jana munafiqat ki nishani hai. Sacha momin hamesha tawajjo se sunta hai. Insaan kitna hi ilm aur knowledge hasil kar lay, kahin na kahin kami reh hi jati hai kyunke insaan perfect nahi ho sakta. Zindagi seekhne ka naam hai; jahan se achi baat pata chale usay apnana chahiye. Nabi Kareem ﷺ ne farmaya: "Har insaan khatakaar hai aur behtareen khatakaar wo hai jo tauba kar lay." Iska mafhoom ye hai ke hum sab gunahgar hain, magar gunah karna utni bari ghalti nahi jitni gunah par arh jana bari ghalti hai. Allah ko wo banda pasand hai jo ghalti ke baad ehsas karke maafi mang lay. Allah ki sifat hi maaf karna hai. Insaan ko apni ghalti manna seekhna chahiye, us par dantna ya zid karna nahi.

3. Allah se Sauda

Duniya ki har cheez (maal, waqt, jaan) Allah ki raza ke liye qurban karna sab se bari kamyabi aur nafa-bakhsh tijarat hai. Allah in ayaton mein bar bar keh raha hai ke neki sirf "Mere liye" ho. Aap koi bhi amal karein, thora ho ya zyada, wo khalis Allah ke liye ho. Jaisa ke hum 10 rupay sadqa karein magar wo halal kamayi se ho aur niyat khalis ho, toh Allah usay qabool farmata hai. Magar agar hum dikhawe ke liye 1000 rupay khairat karein jo halal zariye se na ho, toh Allah usay pasand nahi farmata. Hadees-e-Mubaraka ﷺ hai: "Thori si riyakari (dikhawa) bhi shirk hai." Beshak amal thora karein magar khalis Allah ke liye karein; Allah ko Quantity nahi, Quality pasand hai.

4. Mukammal Islam

Islam ek "part-time" deen nahi hai. Humein apni ibadat, karobar, aur akhlaq... sab kuch Islam ke mutabiq dhalna hoga. Islam poori duniya ka behtareen aur mukammal deen hai, jis mein koi kami nahi. Allah ne Quran mein har cheez ka zikr farmaya hai—chahe duniya ho, akhirat ho, karobar ho ya bimariyan—har cheez ka hal Quran mein maujud hai. Is liye is par amal bhi poore tareeqe se karna chahiye. Ye nahi ke hum apni pasand ka deen nikal lein, magar afsos aaj kal hamara hal kuch aisa hi ho gaya hai.

5. Shaitan ki Chaal

Shaitan hamesha "choti choti" buraiyon se shuru karwata hai. In rasto se bachna hi asli hifazat hai. Allah ne Quran mein waziyah farmaya hai ke Shaitan hamara khula dushman hai. Wo chahta hai ke Allah ka banda bura ban kar dozakh mein jaye, jabke Allah boht meharban hai aur apne bandon se 70 maon se zyada pyar karta hai. Wo chahta hai ke Uska banda Jannat mein jaye. Allah aur Unke Mehboob ﷺ apni ummat ka bhala chahte hain, is liye shaitani kaamo se bachein. Agar duniya mein koi hamara 10-20 hazar ka nuqsan kar de toh wo hamara dushman ban jata hai, toh hum Shaitan ko dushman kyun nahi samajhte jo humein dozakh mein bhejna chahta hai? Insane fitrat achi cheez pasand karti hai, is liye Shaitan ka rasta na pakrein. Allah ka rasta pakarne wala har jagah kamyab hai.

6. Asli Izzat

Duniya ki daulat aur chamak dhoka ho sakti hai. Asal izzat aur buland darja "Taqwa" (Allah ke darr) ki buniyad par milta hai. Baaz logon ki aadat hoti hai ke wo apne maal aur aulad par gharoor karte hain aur dusron ko kamtar samajhte hain. Koi bari post par ho toh apne junior ko chota samajhta hai; aisa nahi karna chahiye. Allah ke han sab barabar hain.

Duniya mein, aur khas tor par Pakistan mein, mard aur aurat ko barabar nahi samjha jata. Is liye in sab mamlaat mein Allah se darna chahiye.

📌 Key Takeaways (Essential Lessons)

1. Speech vs. Heart (Zuban vs Dil)

Eloquent speech doesn't make a person sincere; true faith is that which manifests through actions. In these verses, Allah clarifies that real righteousness comes from a pure heart and a sincere intention (Niyyah). A Hadith of the Prophet ﷺ states: "Actions are judged by intentions." Allah and His Beloved ﷺ do not approve of us appearing righteous to the world while our hearts are devoid of faith. Today, people often meet others with smiles but harbor grudges, jealousy, and malice in their hearts—sometimes even during prayer. Our Deen does not command this.

If you perceive something negative in someone, advise them. If they don't listen, ignore it and move forward; that is the essence of life. Islam should not just be visible outwardly but also felt inwardly. For example, when a non-Muslim sees a Muslim woman in a veil (Parda), they recognize her identity. However, if that same person interacts with us and finds us lying or deceiving, they will wonder: "What kind of Muslim is this?" Beautiful on the outside but corrupt on the inside? Therefore, focus on making your heart more beautiful.

2. Ego & Stubbornness

Getting angry upon hearing advice or being stubborn about one’s mistakes is a sign of hypocrisy. A true believer always listens with attention. No matter how much knowledge or education a person gains, there is always room for improvement because humans cannot be perfect. Life is about learning; wherever you find a good word, try to adopt it. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Every son of Adam is a sinner, and the best of sinners are those who repent." This means that while we all sin, the mistake isn't in sinning itself but in being stubborn and refusing to change. Allah loves the servant who realizes their mistake and seeks forgiveness. Forgiving is a core attribute of Allah. One should learn to accept mistakes rather than reacting with anger or arrogance.

3. Trading with Allah

Sacrificing everything in this world—wealth, time, and life—for the sake of Allah is the greatest success and the most profitable trade. Allah repeatedly emphasizes in these verses that good deeds must be purely for Him. Whether an act is small or large, it must be sincere. For instance, if we give 10 rupees in charity from halal earnings with a sincere heart, Allah accepts it. However, if we give 1,000 rupees for show, earned through haram means, Allah does not approve. A Hadith of the Prophet ﷺ says: "Even a small amount of showing off (Riya) is Shirk." Perform fewer deeds if necessary, but keep them purely for Allah. Allah values Quality over Quantity.

4. Complete Submission

Islam is not a "part-time" religion. We must mold our worship, business dealings, and character entirely according to Islamic principles. Islam is the best and most complete religion in the world, lacking nothing. Allah has mentioned everything in the Quran—whether it concerns this world, the Hereafter, business, or health—every problem has a solution in the Quran. Therefore, we should follow it completely rather than "picking and choosing" what suits us, which unfortunately is a common practice today.

5. Satan’s Trap

Satan always starts with "small" sins. Protecting oneself from these initial steps is the true safeguard. Allah clarifies in the Quran that Satan is our open enemy. He wants the servant of Allah to become evil and end up in Hell, whereas Allah is most Merciful and loves His servants more than seventy mothers. He wants His servants to enter Paradise. Allah and His Beloved ﷺ want only the best for the Ummah; therefore, stay away from Satanic acts. In this world, if someone causes us a financial loss of even 10,000 or 20,000, we consider them an enemy. Why then do we not view Satan as an enemy when he wants us in Hell? Human nature seeks good things; therefore, do not follow Satan's path. Those who hold onto Allah’s path are successful everywhere.

6. True Success

Worldly wealth and glamour can be a deception. True honor and a high status are earned through Taqwa (God-consciousness). Some people have a habit of taking pride in their wealth or children, looking down upon those who have less. Someone in a high position might look down on their juniors; this should not happen. In the sight of Allah, everyone is equal.

In many parts of the world, and specifically in Pakistan, men and women are often not treated as equals. Some righteous people who understand Deen give women the respect and love they deserve, but a vast number of people still consider women inferior or "beneath them," denying them their rights. Allah does not favor us based on being male or female, but solely on the basis of Taqwa. During his final sermon at Hajjat-ul-Wida, the Prophet ﷺ said: "Fear Allah regarding women." Please, fear Allah in these matters.

Dil ki Gehraiyon se Ek Fikr

Aaj ye tafseer likhte hue aur in ayaton par ghaur karte hue mere dil mein ek gehri fikr paida hui. Hum kitni ajeeb dunya mein jee rahe hain na? Hum bahar se apne aap ko boht nek dikhane ki koshish karte hain, meethi baatein karte hain, magar hamare dilon mein ek doosre ke liye hasad aur jalan bhari hoti hai. Hum dunya ki chamak-dhamak aur paisay ke peechay itna bhag rahe hain ke hum bhool gaye hain ke asli izzat sirf Allah ke darr (Taqwa) mein hai.

Mujhe dukh hota hai jab main dekhti hoon ke aaj bhi hamare muashre mein wo muqam nahi diya jata jo mere Nabi ﷺ ne diya tha. Hum deen ko apni marzi se chala rahe hain aur har kaam mein apni pasand ka "Deen" nikal kar baithe hain. Agar in topics par baat ki jaye toh hazaron baatein nikalti hain, magar aaj main un baaton par roshni dalna chahti hoon jo hamare muashre ki buniyad hain: Mardo aur Auraton ke Huqooq.

1. Beta aur Beti: Allah ki Rehmat aur Nemat

Baaz log pehli beti par khush ho bhi jayein, magar do teen betiyan ho jayein toh rona shuru kar dete hain—aur dukh ki baat ye hai ke is rone mein mard ke sath aurat bhi shamil hoti hai. 5 betay hone par toh koi nahi rota, phir betiyon par kyun? Allah ne Quran mein farmaya hai ke "Hum jise chahein beti dein, jise chahein beta dein aur jise chahein na dein." Jab Allah ka hukam aa gaya toh hamara rona peetna kaisa? Allah ki raza par razi hona seekhein.

2. Tarbiyat mein Barabari

Jo log beta-beti mein farq karte hain, wo zindagi ke har mamle mein farq karte hain. Aap beti ko parda sikhate hain, waqt par ghar aane ka kehte hain—ye boht achi baat hai. Magar dusri taraf hum betay ko kuch sikhate hi nahi!

Hum beti ko parhai ke sath sath ghar ke saare kaam is liye sikhate hain kyunke "us ne dusre ghar jana hai." Dusri taraf betay ko kehte hain ke "Beta, tum bas parho aur achi naukri lo." Aulaad toh dono aap ki hain, aur Islam toh dono mein barabari ka hukam deta hai. Apne dono bacho ko har wo kaam sikhayein jo zindagi ke liye zaroori hai. Dono ko kahein ke waqt par ghar aayein, dono ko muazzab kapray pehenna sikhayein aur har kisi ki izzat karna sikhayein. Khana banana, safai, aur gaadi ya bike chalana beta aur beti dono ko aana chahiye. Meri khaas request hai ke betiyon ko financial aur mental tor par strong aur independent zaroor banayein.

3. Maa, Behen, Biwi aur Beti ka Haq

Maa ho, behen ho, beti ho ya biwi—kisi ka bhi haq khana itna bada gunah hai ke aap jitni marzi namazein parhein, Quran parhein ya sadqa karein, Allah qabool nahi farmayega agar aap ne in mein se kisi ka haq dabaya hai.

Wirasat (Property):

Hum duniya ko dikhane ke liye jahez toh dete hain, magar jab Islam ke mutabiq beti ya behen ka property mein hissa dene ki baat aati hai, toh hum peechay hat jate hain.

Izzat aur Tahaffuz:

4. Asli Kamyabi

Hum har kaam duniya dikhawe ke liye karte hain. Allah ne Jahez ko lanat kaha hai, magar hum duniya ko dikhane ke liye jahez dete hain ya beta walon ki demand poori karte hain. Kya humein khauf nahi aata ke hum ek lanat ka hissa ban rahe hain? Log kabhi khush nahi honge, aur humein logon ko khush karne ke liye duniya mein nahi bheja gaya. Hum yahan sirf Allah aur Unke Rasool ﷺ ko razi karne aaye hain. Jab unhein razi karenge, toh zindagi asan aur khubsurat ho jaye gi.

Kabhi sochiye ga... kya hamara ye "part-time" deen humein Jannat tak le jaye ga? Allah humein sirf zahiri Musalman nahi, balkay andar se sacha momin banne ki taufiq day. Hamara dil hamari zuban se zyada khubsurat hona chahiye.

❤️ A Deep Concern (A Personal Reflection)

Today, while writing this commentary and reflecting on these verses, a profound sense of concern arose in my heart. Isn't it strange, the world we live in? We try so hard to appear righteous on the outside, speaking sweet and gentle words, yet our hearts are often filled with envy and resentment toward one another. We are so busy chasing worldly glamour and wealth that we have forgotten that true honor lies only in the fear of Allah (Taqwa).

It pains me to see that even today, the status given to people by our Prophet ﷺ is often neglected. We are practicing religion according to our own convenience, creating a version of faith that suits our desires. While there are countless issues to discuss, today I want to focus on the core of our society: The Rights of Men and Women.

1. Sons and Daughters: A Mercy and a Blessing from Allah

First and foremost, many people do not celebrate the birth of a daughter as they do a son. I am referring to those who ignore the teachings of Islam (though for those who respect and cherish daughters, Allah and His Messenger ﷺ have promised a great reward). Why are we not as happy with a daughter’s birth? Some might be happy with the first one, but if two or three are born, they start mourning—and sadly, women are often just as involved in this as men. No one cries when five sons are born, so why the grief over daughters? Allah says in the Quran: "He gives to whom He wills female [children], and He gives to whom He wills males... or He renders whom He wills barren." When the decree comes from Allah, who are we to complain? We must learn to be content with His will.

2. Equality in Upbringing

Those who discriminate between a son and a daughter do so in every aspect of life. You teach a daughter about modesty and strictly monitor her timings—which is a good thing. But why don't we teach our sons anything? Why don't we tell them: "My son, modesty is for you too; you must never look disrespectfully at someone else's daughter, and you must respect every woman, whether she is a family member or a stranger." Why don't we demand that our sons return home early too?

We teach daughters how to study and manage household chores—cooking, laundry, cleaning—just because "she has to go to another home." What logic is this? Meanwhile, the son is told, "My son, just study and get a good job." Both are your children, and Islam commands equality between them. Teach both children every skill necessary for life. Both should be home on time, both should dress modestly, and both should learn to respect everyone. Skills like cooking, cleaning, and driving should be known to both. My special request is to empower daughters to be financially and mentally strong and independent. If you discriminate, both will lose their way—the son due to excessive freedom and the daughter due to excessive restriction. Stay within the limits set by Allah.

3. The Rights of Mother, Sister, Wife, and Daughter

Whether it is a mother, a sister, a daughter, or a wife—suppressing their rights is such a grave sin that no amount of prayer, Quran recitation, or charity will be accepted by Allah if you have wronged them.

Inheritance:

We spend lavishly on dowry (Jahez) just for social show, but when it comes to giving a sister or daughter their rightful share in property as per Islam, we back away.

Honor and Protection:

From the rights of a wife to the honor of a sister, Islam has designated a high status for every relationship. Allah does not favor us based on being male or female, but solely on the basis of Taqwa. During his final sermon at Hajjat-ul-Wida, the Prophet ﷺ said: "Fear Allah regarding women."

4. True Success

We often do things just for worldly display. Allah has condemned the practice of dowry (Jahez), yet we continue to give it for social status or to fulfill the demands of the groom’s family. Do we not fear participating in something condemned? Society will never be fully satisfied, and we were not sent here to please people. We are here to please Allah and His Messenger ﷺ. When we seek Their pleasure, life becomes simple and beautiful.

Just think... will this "part-time" faith of ours lead us to Paradise? May Allah grant us the strength to be true believers from within, not just Muslims by appearance. Our hearts should be more beautiful than our words.

🛡️ Shaitan se Bachne ke Masnoon Wazaif

In ayaton mein Allah ne Shaitan ko hamara "Khula Dushman" qarar diya hai. Is dushman se bachne ke liye Allah ke Nabi ﷺ ne humein behtareen raste bataye hain. Aap apni zindagi mein ye aamaal shamil karein:

1. Surah Al-Baqarah ki Akhiri Do Ayat (Ayat 285-286)

Amal:

Rozana raat ko sone se pehle Surah Al-Baqarah ki akhiri do ayatein (Aamanar-Rasulu...) lazmi parhein.

Fazilat:

Hadees-e-Mubaraka mein hai ke jo shakhs raat ko ye do ayatein parh lay, wo us ke liye (har shar se bachne ke liye) kafi hain. Ye ayat parhne wala Shaitan, jadu tona, hasad aur har qisam ki bala se mehfooz rehta hai. Is amal mein sirf ek minute lagta hai magar iska ajar boht bada hai.

2. Ba-Wazu Rehne ki Aadat

Amal:

Koshish karein ke zyada tar waqt wazu ke sath rahein, agar mumkin ho toh poora din ba-wazu rahein.

Fazilat:

3. Nafs aur Shaitan se Hifazat ke Nafal

Amal:

Din mein kisi bhi waqt do (2) rakata nafil namaz parhein.

Niyat aur Dua:

Ye nafil is niyat se parhein ke "Ya Allah! Mujhe mere nafs ke shar aur Shaitan ke dhoke se mehfooz farma." Namaz ke baad poore dil se Allah se hifazat ki dua karein.

Fazilat:

Namaz Allah se qurbat ka behtareen zariya hai. Jab hum khusoosi tor par hifazat ki niyat se Allah ke samne jhukte hain, toh Allah hamare liye ghaibi madad ke raste khol deta hai.

🛡️ Spiritual Protection Against Satan (Wazaif)

In these verses, Allah (SWT) has declared Satan as our "Clear Enemy." To protect ourselves from his whispers and deception, we should follow these beautiful spiritual remedies:

1. The Last Two Verses of Surah Al-Baqarah (Verses 285-286)

The Act:

Make it a strict habit to recite the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah (Aamanar-Rasulu...) every night before going to sleep.

Virtue (Fazilat):

It is stated in the Sahih Hadith that whoever recites these two verses at night, they are sufficient for him (as protection against every evil). Anyone who recites these remains safe from Satan, black magic, envy, and all kinds of calamities. This act takes less than a minute, but its reward and protection are immense.

2. The Habit of Remaining in a State of Wudu (Ablution)

The Act:

Try to remain in a state of Wudu as much as possible throughout the day.

Virtue (Fazilat):

Wudu is the "weapon" of a believer. Staying in Wudu keeps the heart soft and leaves no room for Satan to attack. It is a very powerful means of spiritual and constant protection.

3. Nafl Prayer for Protection from the Self (Nafs) and Satan

The Act:

At any time of the day, perform two (2) Rakats of voluntary (Nafl) prayer.

Intention & Supplication:

Pray with the specific intention: "O Allah! Protect me from the evil of my own soul (Nafs) and the deception of Satan." After completing the prayer, supplicate to Allah with all your heart for His protection.

Virtue (Fazilat):

Prayer is the best way to gain proximity to Allah. When we bow before Him specifically seeking His refuge, Allah opens the doors of His divine and unseen help for us.

✨ Ikhthami Paigham

Is post ko khatam karte hue main sirf itna kahungi ke Deen par chalna mushkil nahi hai, bas hamari niyat sachi honi chahiye. Duniya ki bheed aur dikhawe mein hum aksar asli maqsad bhool jate hain, magar yaad rakhein ke sukoon sirf Allah ki yaad aur Uske bataye hue raste mein hai. Meri koshish thi ke in ayaton ke zariye hum sab ko apna muhasba (self-reflection) karne ka mauqa mile.

Dua:

Ameen Summa Ameen.

English:

As I conclude this post, I want to remind us all that practicing our faith is not difficult—all it requires is a sincere heart. In the hustle of this world, we often lose sight of our true purpose, but remember that peace is found only in the remembrance of Allah and the path He has shown us. My goal was to provide us all with an opportunity for self-reflection through these verses.

Supplication (Dua):

May Allah (SWT) grant us the strength to be true believers from within, not just in our words. May He protect us from hypocrisy, envy, and the desire for worldly show. May He make our daughters a source of mercy and our sons a source of blessing in our homes, and guide us to fulfill the rights of every relationship. O Allah! Protect us from the evil of Satan and accept all our sincere prayers. Ameen.
